Several things to include in this update... 1st up is bridge construction, I have started to build a
Road over rail bridge
Next on the agenda is Signalling
, this will span a couple of mini updates..
1st I decided to make a feather for the 5th signal that I hadn't made up in the lst batch... here is the signal built and primed
The next chapter is the visit of my good friend Martin Levington and his family.
In between trips out with the kids on the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway and a Geocaching outing we did get some playtime in the garage and he was a star in wiring up my feather signal.
So it did this!!!
While Martin Levington was fiddling with signals I was adding a
few extra sidings.. I wasn't totally useless this weekend!
Here you can see the 3 way assymetrical point that replaces a right hand point, that and a left hand point then make up the points to the left for the sidings.
I also finished the siding to the right where the Pullmans are in this shot.
We did actually run some trains too over the weekend. So or course I made a video of the fun...
